Associate Attorney

A law firm in Red Bank, New Jersey, seeks a full-time associate. This position requires the candidate to be licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar. The firm focuses on Civil litigation, Zoning, Commercial Real Estate, Trusts and Estates, Chancery litigation and Employment Issues.

The candidate will have the opportunity to carry substantial responsibility for files. Strong research and writing skills are required.

Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NJ state bar association
- Prior experience in legal research and writing
- Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
