What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking attorneys who are proactive, poised, and ready to grow. The ideal candidate is solutions-focused, a strong communicator, and eager to take ownership of their work.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and active California Bar license
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key — Will train new admittees
• Excellent legal analysis, writing, and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage cases under partner guidance
• Conduct legal research, handle discovery, and analyze medical records
• Attend depositions, court appearances, and client meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients and prepare clear, concise reports
