We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a minimum of four years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills and a genuine desire to continually grow as a lawyer. Our firm handles a wide range of business and civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including cases involving banking, real estate disputes, partnership and business conflicts, and secured lending litigation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of matters from initiation to resolution.
• Must be an active member of the California Bar in good standing.
