Associate Attorney

The Trey Harrell Law Office, LLC is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Associate Attorney to join our Charleston-based team. Our firm focuses on personal injury matters—especially auto accidents—and we’re known for fighting hard for our clients while staying deeply rooted in the Lowcountry community.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work on all phases of a case, from case evaluation, negotiations, discovery and depositions, trial presentation, and determination to deliver a successful outcome to our clients. However, no prior personal injury experience is required.

Candidates must be a member of the South Carolina Bar and licensed in good standing.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all phases of personal injury cases, from intake to resolution
• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and court appearances
• Develop and execute legal strategies tailored to each client’s case
• Provide clear, compassionate, and consistent communication with clients
• Collaborate with a close-knit team that values service over ego

Qualifications:

• South Carolina Law License in good standing.
• Personal injury experience is preferred but not required
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of 100+ pre-lit and litigation matters
• Driven, detail-oriented, and team-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
