Associate Attorney

Buckner, Robinson & Mirkovich is seeking an experienced to join our established and growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with our legal team. This is a full time position at our Costa Mesa, CA office.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related documents
• Advising clients on title issues, escrow, land use, and related legal concerns
• Coordinating due diligence, closings, and related transactional tasks
• Working closely with clients to provide clear, practical guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
