Associate Attorney

Semeraro & Fahrney, LLC is a boutique law firm concentrating in all aspects of Civil Litigation, Labor and Employment, Land Use Law, Redevelopment, and Affordable Housing Law. Our main office is located in Wayne, New Jersey with an additional office located in Parsippany, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate we seek for this Associate position is 2-5 years of Labor Law and Employment Law, with Municipal Government legal experience a bonus. We seek a candidate licensed in New Jersey (required) and New York (preferred) who is confident, zealous, and can personally manage their case load and calendar in a highly professional manner.

Candidates are expected to meet monthly billing requirements and has the ability to earn bonuses based on exceptional work for the Firm.

This position is full-time starting as soon as possible, and salary is commensurate with experience.
