Perkins Law, LLC is a growing law firm in the Portland area seeking a family law associate to join its expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated litigator looking for a long-term workplace where they can make a name for themselves in the Family Law community. Our firm has a strong track record of helping clients navigate through Family Law issues.

Perkins Law, LLC handles all aspects of litigation in family law proceedings, mediation services, civil litigation, and other general or niche areas of civil practice and estate planning primarily within Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.

Experienced Associate Attorney, minimum of 3+ years of family law experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Legal Advice and Counsel to Clients with Empathy and Understanding
• Prepare and File Legal Documents
• Conduct Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Strategize with Senior Attorneys
• Attend Court Hearings, Mediations, and Settlement Conferences
• Negotiate and Draft Agreements
• Maintain Client Relationships with Regular Updates and Clear Communication
