Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with a primary focus on complex transactional matters. Our client is deeply integrated into the region's commercial and residential landscape, guiding clients through every stage of development, financing, and asset management and looking for someone to join their team.

Practice Profile & Impact

This role offers the opportunity to join a sophisticated practice by focusing primarily on commercial real estate transactions. You will be strategically advising a premier client roster, including institutional investors, leading developers, financial institutions, public entities, and prominent homebuilders.

• Breadth of Work: Handle matters from the commencement of a project and early-stage development to significant financing, acquisitions, and dispositions across various asset classes.
• Team Environment: While the focus is transactional, you will benefit from close collaboration with our litigation team, ensuring comprehensive client strategies.
• Geographic Scope: Engage in significant transactions across the greater Sacramento area and statewide.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of meaningful, hands-on experience in real estate law and finance, specifically focused on commercial transactions.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and execute sophisticated commercial documents (e.g., purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements).
• Admissions: Active membership, in good standing, with the State Bar of California is required.
• Qualities: Exceptional analytical skills, strong business judgment, and a client-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
