Associate Attorney

Immigration law firm, focusing on family based immigration, removal defense, and humanitarian relief, is seeking a new associate to join the team. Small firm environment with plenty of contact and support from managing attorney.

Job responsibilities include appearances before the State Court of California (Guardianships and Custody), Immigration Court (EOIR), and USCIS. Additional responsibilities include: meeting with clients advising them regarding the law and preparing them for their hearings, reviewing legal assistant work, and preparing motions, briefs, and memos.

Ideal candidate is a self-starter, new or newer associates are welcome. Training will be provided. Spanish speaking is preferred, but not necessary. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please submit a writing sample with your resume.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
