Associate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with strong litigation and pre-litigation experience to join our team and help advocate for our clients from case intake through resolution.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing personal injury cases, strong negotiation and litigation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will have support from experienced paralegals and staff, but must be confident handling a caseload and communicating directly with clients, providers, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from start to finish
• Conduct case evaluations, client meetings, and legal research
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters
• Develop case strategies and ensure cases move efficiently through the pipeline
• Maintain excellent client communication and provide updates throughout the case
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Colorado (in good standing)
• Required: Experience in both personal injury litigation and pre-litigation
• Courtroom and deposition experience strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
• Empathy, professionalism, and strong client-communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
