Associate Attorney

Gallardo Law Offices, is seeking entry-level and mid-level Associate Attorneys to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys passionate about immigration and personal injury law committed to providing high-quality legal representation.

Training will be provided to entry-level attorneys to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including but not limited to petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, naturalization, and more.
• Prepare, review, and manage various immigration filings, petitions, motions, appeals, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other immigration agencies, as well as federal courts when necessary.
• Advocate for clients in all types of immigration proceedings, interviews, hearings, and other legal matters as needed.
• Effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of immigration law experience (preferred but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Entry-level salary starts at $80,000.00, but attorneys with experience will receive significantly higher compensation based on qualifications.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
