Position Summary

The successful candidate will handle various civil legal matters, both in transactional and litigation settings. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills are essential. The position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of senior attorneys, provide legal advice on a range of legal matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain client files and manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Review and draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Interact with clients to provide updates and legal guidance.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in general civil legal practice, including estate planning and administration, real estate, commercial transactions, etc.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
