Associate Attorney

MAIELLO BRUNGO & MAIELLO, LLP (MBM|Law) seeks an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience with background in general corporate matters as well as commercial real estate. Candidates should have expertise in one or more corporate areas, e.g., general business matters, structuring and governance, and a strong drafting ability of business documents as well as commercial leasing. The attorney hired for this position will work directly with partners .Qualified candidate must have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to work well with a team, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects across various disciplines. Candidate must be licensed in Pennsylvania.

Pay: $92,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
