Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney- Folsom, CA/ Hybrid- Flexible Hours:

Rainsbury Law Group, PC seeks a qualified Associate Attorney (Plaintiff) to join its growing Personal Injury practice in Folsom, California. We are open to hiring full time or part time candidates. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Personal Injury experience, although NEW CA. STATE BAR ADMITTEES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Must hold California Bar license and be in good standing. Experience in Social Security Disability, insurance law or prior trial experience a plus. The candidate must be motivated, a self-starter, and very organized. Must have excellent writing, communication and negotiation skills.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging up to$150,000 per year for a full-time position. Part time employment hours flexible and salary negotiable. Full time employment includes excellent employee benefits package to include:

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients for intake and analyze claim potential
• Develop case through research, demand of documents, communication with clients and their medical providers
• Ability to negotiate settlement agreements with insurance adjusters or opposing counsel
• Draft settlement demand letters, conduct discovery, depositions, draft pleadings, motions, etc.
• Manage case files to ensure that all deadlines are met and cases are moving forward
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout process
• Prepare for arbitration, mediation or trial when necessary
• Ability to provide high quality representation of the firm
