Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to independently manage cases from inception through resolution in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters from beginning to end
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Develop case strategies and exercise sound legal judgment
• Handle multiple cases while meeting deadlines
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload
• Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
