Job Title: Associate Attorney – First Party Property (Licensed in GA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in first-party property claims, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle first-party property claims litigation from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage client communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in Georgia,.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property claims.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $80,190.15 - $96,573.09 per year
