Associate Attorney

Associate attorney in a small business law firm. Applicant must be licensed to practice law in California. Applicant must have graduated in top 30% of law school class. Business related undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities include: forming corporations and other business entities; maintaining corporate books; reviewing and drafting contracts; research; litigation related tasks (drafting motions, pleadings, taking and defending depositions, court appearances).
