Associate Attorney

Seeking an Arizona licensed attorney interested in building a career at a leading multi-state debt collection and subrogation law firm. We offer unique working environment that allows for balance between work and home life, with regular business hours.

An associate would start with us by working with our experienced practitioners to learn the industry as well as working with support staff. Any applicant should enjoy collaborating with people, be willing to learn our area of law and be able to organize daily tasks.

***Responsibilities***

• Handle litigation matters including drafting, reviewing and responding to motions/pleadings
• Attend hearings
• Conduct discovery/disclosure
• Maintain communication with clients
• Coordinate work tasks with staff
• Conduct legal research

Eager to work with new and experienced attorneys. Newly licensed attorneys are welcome.

This is an in-person position with our main headquarters located in Tucson, Arizona.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
