Baird Law, PLLC seeks one or more motivated attorneys to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and flourishing construction law practice in the Winter Park/Maitland area. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Florida, possess superior written and oral communication skills, strong research abilities, and must display responsiveness, dependability, and attention to detail.
At Baird Law, we offer the ideal candidate an opportunity to be involved hands-on in every facet of the myriad legal issues impacting the construction industry, including contract development and negotiation, teaming and pursuit of prominent public infrastructure projects, risk and project management, pre-suit claims negotiation, site inspections, litigation, arbitration, and all attendant discovery, depositions, motions and hearings, mediation, formal dispute resolution proceedings, appeals, and beyond.
We are committed to promoting our core principles of grit, hustle, and delivering excellent results, all within a friendly and casual work environment that prioritizes a team approach to providing value for our clients. We offer the opposite of a “big law firm” experience, and this is an ideal opportunity for rapid professional growth and multidisciplinary experience in the construction field for a candidate with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative legal environment.
Benefits include 401(k) and somewhat flexible schedule for family or other personal obligations. Competitive compensation package will be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience.
