Associate Attorney

Codilis & Associates, P.C. is one of the largest technologically advanced law firms in DuPage County. With over 40 years of experience, we are recognized as a leader in the Real Estate legal field. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. Attorney will be handling high volume caseload consisting of foreclosure and eviction proceedings in state court.

Responsibilities include: drafting and reviewing motions, briefs, pleadings and other documents; handling court appearances and managing files in civil litigation (including motion practice, default and summary judgment hearings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-5 years related experience;
• Prior foreclosure or bankruptcy experience preferred;
• Excellent communications, research, writing and analytical skills;
• Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and adjust to changing priorities;
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Illinois
