Build Real Courtroom Skills. Not Just a Resume.

Hefley Law, APC is a leading California Workers’ Compensation Defense firm representing major insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and national organizations in high-exposure litigation. This is not a passive associate role. We train trial lawyers, not paper-pushers.

If you want meaningful responsibility, real courtroom experience, and a compensation structure that rewards performance—not seniority—this role is built for you.

Why New Attorneys Choose Hefley Law

You litigate early.
You will appear in court, take depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial preparation from the outset.

You are mentored, not sidelined.
You will work directly with experienced litigators who invest time in your development and expect you to grow quickly.

Your income can scale fast.
Compensation increases are tied to performance, not years of waiting. High performers advance rapidly.

You do work that matters.
You defend real employers and carriers in real disputes, with real financial and legal consequences.
