Our practice includes complex workers’ compensation matters, serious and willful misconduct claims, Labor Code §132a actions, and coverage disputes.
This is not a passive associate role. We train trial lawyers, not paper-pushers.

What You Will Do
As an Associate Litigation Attorney, you will:
Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
0–5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, civil litigation, or employment law preferred
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Professional communication and organizational abilities
Comfort with court appearances and client interaction
Motivated, accountable, and litigation-focused mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 – $275,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
