Associate Attorney

Heffernan Law Group is seeking an associate with 2-4 years’ experience in civil litigation including motions practice, all aspects of discovery, and trial preparation.

Preferable candidates have a background with construction and/or insurance coverage. Successful candidates will be proactive, have excellent research and writing skills, think strategically, organize and manage multiple cases, show attention to detail, be a flexible team player, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to handle technology securely and easily.

Admission in Washington is required.
