Role Description

Bottini & Bottini, a San Diego based law firm, is seeking Attorney candidates with approximately 3-8 years’ experience who have knowledge of securities law and class action litigation and who are licensed in California for a full-time associate position. Successful candidates will have top academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school, excellent writing skills, and a desire to work on challenging and complex securities class action cases. This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, based in San Diego, CA.

Required Experience

• Admitted to practice law in California
• Approximately 3-8 years’ experience in securities class action litigation or complex civil litigation
• Must live in (or be willing to commute to) San Diego
• Immediate availability

Compensation Details

• Start Date: Now or withing three weeks
• Duration: Full-time Associate Position
• Pay: Market Rate, based on experience
