Associate Attorney

Company Overview

We are a small boutique Labor and Employment Law Firm practicing predominately Plaintiff side employment law. Position is for an Attorney interested in learning and practicing exclusively labor and employment law long term. Knowledge and/or experience in Employment Law, while preferred, are not a prerequisite. This position anticipates a candidate's learning within the employment law specialization. However, candidate must have excellent legal research and writing skills, and specifically must have ability to persuasively relay feelings, ideas and emotions in written format.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Knowledge of general principles of labor and employment law preferred.
• Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
