Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the evaluation, investigation, & management of personal injury claims up to litigation;
• Work closely with senior attorneys and paralegals to develop and negotiate cases;
• Regularly communicate with insurance adjusters, clients & opposing counsel;
• Conduct research and prepare legal documents;
• Provide empathetic and knowledgeable guidance to clients during a critical phase of their legal journey.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• A genuine desire to help others.
• Admission to the Oklahoma Bar

Experience with insurance claims is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
