Associate Attorney

Atwood & Cherny, P.C., a Boston area-based family law trial law firm, is seeking a candidate with 1 to 2 years of domestic relations experience to join our family law practice. This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, based in our main office in Newton, MA. The Associate Attorney will handle legal research, provide legal advice, draft legal documents, and represent clients in matrimonial law matters. The role also involves collaborating with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements, strategize on cases, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Candidates should embrace the opportunity to learn and grow with experienced family law practitioners in all aspects of family law. An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the practice of law is required.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
