Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney for complex litigation practice focused on securities, commodities, shareholder rights and class actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings across various legal matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies and case management.
• Marketing blogging and website management (including content creation)

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state bar association in good standing
• Proficient in legal research methodologies and tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw).
• Interest in marketing blogging and website management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
