The job offers immediate lead attorney responsibilities with personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, including direct client interaction and court room advocacy. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Assist in all aspects of workers' compensation and personal injury claims, including litigation.
• Provide legal advice and advocating for your clients.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
• Stay current with laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven experience or strong interest in plaintiff's law.
• Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
• Prior legal experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• Commitment to professional practice and helping others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
