Povolish Law, LLC is growing!

Povolish Law is excited to announce we are adding a full-time associate position at our Carbondale Main Street location. Applicants for the associate position must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed (or intend to become licensed) to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Successful candidates for the position must be willing to work in a high-volume small law firm in multiple practice areas, guardianship, probate, estate planning, business formation and real estate. Our firm associates must have a strong background in utilizing Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Applicants with excellent writing skills, experience drafting legal documents, correspondence and managing discovery, will be given preference. Experience is preferred, and compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
