Associate Attorney

The Clifton Law Firm, LLC is seeking an entry level associate attorney.

Responsibilities

Defend consumers against foreclosure claims.

Administer probate cases, including contested probate.

Pursue personal injury claims involving car accidents, premise liability, and other similar cases.

Monitor caseload and meet all deadlines.

Draft and file pleadings and papers.

Appear at all hearings and trials assigned to the applicant.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Excellent research and drafting skills.

Punctuality and promptness in meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
