The firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation, compassionate client service, and diligent advocacy for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As our offices continues to expand, the firm is seeking a qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join its personal injury practice. This position is a key role within the firm and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation through resolution. The Associate Attorney will play an active role in case strategy, legal analysis, drafting pleadings and discovery, negotiating with insurance carriers, and advocating for clients throughout the litigation process. This role is well suited for an attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation skills while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative and client-focused team. The ideal candidate is a driven and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates sound judgment, strong legal analysis, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the position involves regular interaction with clients, insurance representatives, opposing counsel, medical providers, and court personnel. Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required, as the firm values mentorship and is committed to supporting the professional growth and long-term success of its attorneys.
