We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to make a real impact across multiple practice areas, develop courtroom and client-handling skills, and grow under the mentorship of experienced litigators.


In this role, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the start, gaining hands-on experience rather than being limited to back-office work. You’ll collaborate closely with attorneys across the firm, sharpen your litigation and client advocacy skills, and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within a fast-paced, team-oriented legal environment


You will work supporting cases in civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and government affairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, solves problems quickly, and wants broad exposure across multiple areas of law.


Compensation:
base salary + performance bonuses

Billable Hours: 1,600 per year

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Compensation:

$85,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Support senior attorneys across civil litigation, family law, personal injury, and government affairs matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy summaries
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and client consultations
  • Maintain strong, professional communication with clients
  • Balance compassionate advocacy with practical legal strategy
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active Georgia Bar license (required)
  • 0–3 years of experience in litigation, family law, civil practice, or related areas
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational and case management abilities
  • Client-centered, solutions-driven mindset
