Associate Attorney

Shaul Law, PC is an Atlanta based law firm that was established in 1989, and represents healthcare professionals in 29 states.

Our firm represents dentists, physicians and veterinarians, as well as small to medium sized corporations, with transactional and corporate matters. Role Description:

This is a full-time remote position for an Associate Attorney, with 6-9 years of experience, who would handle projects involving mergers and acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, start-ups, employment and labor law, commercial leasing, construction matters and a diversity of other matters . Candidates must be actively licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia and be in good standing.

Candidates need to be self-assured and detail oriented, with an excellent work ethic, and have strong communication skills to be able to directly interact with clients.

Our attorneys work remotely, but candidates who want an office setting are welcome to work onsite. The position provides the opportunity to handle challenging legal matters directly with clients, with the support and mentoring from the senior partner.
