We’re an AI-powered boutique in growth mode, serving businesses, nonprofits, and professionals via our Outside Counsel Subscription Service (OCSS)—and we bring innovative legal support to healthcare (physicians/practices), education (student-side), employment, environmental, and business law. What You’ll Do

• Draft/review contracts, policies, compliance docs, and memos (attorney oversight + AI tools).
• Support physicians, surgeons, medical practices, and social-services nonprofits.
• Advise OCSS clients with swift, practical, client-first communication.
• Legal research and writing (briefs, demand letters, correspondence).
• Handle matters spanning employment, education, environmental, and business law.
• Occasional NJ court appearances.
• Contribute to playbooks/SOPs—help shape how modern legal service gets done.

You’ll Bring

• Active bar admission in New Jersey and New York.
• NJ residency or close proximity (court visits required).
• Availability during business hours (FT preferred; structured PT considered).
• Excellent writing, sound judgment, and confident communication.
• Growth mindset, integrity-first attitude, and comfort in a cloud-based, AI-powered environment.

• Prior exposure to legal tech/AI workflows.

Remote Setup (Required)

• Quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for confidential work/calls.
• Laptop/desktop with reliable high-speed internet and webcam/headset.
• Professional presence for client calls and virtual court.

Compensation & Growth

• Full-time: $70,000 – $95,000/year
• Part-time (pro-rata): $35,000 – $65,000/year or $35–$50/hour
• Business development incentives available (origination opportunities).
• Monthly QSEHRA allowance (tax-free reimbursement toward health insurance premiums/medical expenses).
