Consumer Attorneys, PLLC is a fast-paced, high-volume litigation firm handling federal consumer protection cases nationwide. We represent individuals in claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other consumer protection laws. Our attorneys regularly appear in federal courts around the country and play an active role in shaping consumer rights litigation.

Job Description:
We are hiring an Associate Attorney fluent in English and Spanish with 0+ years of experience to join our team in New York or Atlanta. This is an in-office position with an immediate start date. You’ll manage your own caseload, draft pleadings, argue motions, and appear in federal court for hearings and conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file complaints and amended pleadings in federal court and arbitral forums
• Propound and respond to written discovery
• Conduct Rule 26(f) and meet-and-confer conferences
• Appear at status conferences, hearings, and oral arguments
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel
• Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or have passed the bar exam in any state.
• 0+ years of litigation experience (federal preferred)
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Consumer protection law experience is a plus, but not required
