Associate Attorney – Civil Defense Litigation

A highly successful Seattle based civil defense litigation firm is looking to add an associate attorney to our team. Floyd | Pflueger has over 30 years of successful client representation achieved through the involvement of attorneys at all levels of the firm. Supported by a legal assistant and paralegal, Associates are immediately involved in drafting and opposing motions, depositions, discovery, court hearings and trials, working with and learning from firm partners.

Located in Seattle, we are a small in-office law firm overlooking beautiful Puget Sound. While we value our working time together, hybrid work is available.

The skills and abilities of successful candidates include:

• At least three years’ experience.
• Experience working with insurance companies and within their respective guidelines is a plus but not required.
• Active membership in Washington state bar.
• Excellent research, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clerkship experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work with colleagues professionally, effectively, and respectfully.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $120,000-$165,000 per year
