The ideal candidate will handle legal research, drafting of legal documents, client advisement, negotiations, and representation in court proceedings and depositions.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation.
· Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
· Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
· Negotiate settlements effectively.
· Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
· Manage multiple cases independently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Active license to practice law in the state of California.
· Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Workers' Compensation.
· Strong legal research and writing skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in negotiation and drafting legal documents.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
