Associate Attorney / Contract Attorney

Associate or contract attorney / Part or Full-time. Must be barred in California (if barred in Texas, that is a plus). Must have experience in commercial litigation. Very small firm with niche national practice (franchise), and general business clients ranging in size from very small to $100M+. Primary responsibilities will be day-to-day litigation practice in general commercial disputes, employment defense and multi-district litigation involving franchise dispute issues. Remote/WFH available for substantial portion of work. Hours negotiable. Hourly pay or salary with bonus available, depending on hours and experience. For full-time associate, health insurance, SEP IRA available.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
