What You Bring

• Active Arizona Bar license (required)
• 1–5+ years of criminal law experience preferred
• Experience handling misdemeanor cases (early felony exposure is a plus)
• Courtroom appearances, motion practice, and plea negotiations
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and court calendars

Bonus if you have:

• Trial experience
• Experience building client relationships
• A desire to grow into a leadership role over time

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you will:

• Manage your own misdemeanor caseload
• Appear regularly in Phoenix-area courts
• Conduct client consultations and strategy meetings
• Draft motions and negotiate with prosecutors
• Collaborate on case strategy with firm leadership
• Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient case flow

This is a hands-on role designed for attorneys who want real courtroom exposure and responsibility.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
