Job Description:

• seeking a full-time Associate Attorney who will practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate in our Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven entry to mid level attorney who enjoys building relationships with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and providing thoughtful solutions in all aspects of the estate planning and/or probate process.

This role is ideal for an Associate looking to grow their career in estate planning and probate while receiving mentorship and hands-on experience. The ideal candidate for our firm is dependable, detail-oriented and personable.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• 0–5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related practice areas (training will be provided)
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Professional presence with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a team-oriented environment
