Associate Attorney - Entry Level

Ratchford Law Group PC is a multi-state creditor’s rights law firm representing lenders in a variety of consumer and commercial recovery and litigation efforts. RLG is headquartered in Pennsylvania and maintains offices in Massachusetts and New York. We are seeking an associate attorney who is licensed in Massachusetts. This posting is also open to recent bar admittees. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Position Summary:

• Review case files for lawsuit
• Attend court appearances, virtually and in-person
• Work with firm paralegals and associate attorneys on projects as needed

Requirements

• Admitted to the MA bar (or pending admission after passing the July 2025 bar)
• 0-1 years of litigation experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of civil procedure
• Multi-state bar admission.
• Bar license (or pending) in NH is a plus
