What you’ll do

  • Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on estate administration processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored estate plans that reflect their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within the law office to ensure efficient case management.

Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in Oregon.
  • Proven experience in estate planning and administration.
  • Strong legal drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent writing skills for clear communication of complex legal concepts.
  • Prior legal administrative experience is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients navigate their legal journeys.

Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
