Associate Attorney - Family Law

For over 20 years Schweitzer Law Partners, APC has been protecting the futures of families and divorcing couples. Our firm is positioned to handle any legal need a family has through every stage of life. Our firm is looking for an associate attorney with a strong desire to practice family law.

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities involve managing a case load and being responsible for all aspects of client’s matters, including, but not limited to handling consultations, preparation of pleadings and discovery, making court appearances, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications:

· Law Degree from an accredited law school

· License to practice law in the State of California

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Great Punctuality and Attendance

· Work in a fast-paced environment

· Make court appearances on a regular basis

Experience:

0-2 years practicing law
