Cooper & Cooper, P.A. is a rapidly scaling boutique family law and estate planning firm experiencing sustained growth and increasing client demand. We recently expanded our team with the addition of a senior family law attorney and are now seeking an associate attorney to support continued growth within a structured, collaborative environment.

What You Will Do
- Manage and advance a family law caseload from consultation through resolution with partner oversight and mentorship.
- Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and discovery that move cases forward strategically.
- Participate in and increasingly lead mediations, hearings, and client strategy sessions as experience and readiness grow.
- Collaborate closely with the partners and senior attorney on case development, litigation strategy, and client management.
- Deliver clear, timely, client-focused communication consistent with a premium boutique practice.
- Leverage paralegal support for filings, preparation, and efficient case management.
- Develop sound judgment, confidence, and autonomy over time within a structured training environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of family law experience. Additional experience is welcomed and compensated accordingly.
- Strong writing skills, sound judgment, and developing courtroom presence.
- High accountability, professionalism, and follow-through.
