We are looking for an experienced and qualified attorney to work with us in our insurance defense litigation firm located on the North Shore of LI in Glen Head, NY. The right candidate must be able to independently handle and manage his/her own caseload, which includes timely reporting to clients and examiners, responding to and drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery demands, attending court appearances and reporting on same, taking and representing clients at depositions and reporting on same, and preparing and responding to motions. Trial experience is not required but if you have it, that fact increases compensation.
