Associate Attorney (HOA/Commercial/Business/Real Estate)

Perez Mayoral, P.A. is a unique, multi-attorney law firm specializing in representing homeowners in disputes against their HOA’s and condominium associations. Our practice is dedicated to advocating for homeowners’ rights, offering a rewarding opportunity for an Associate Attorney with 3–10 years of experience to join our team.

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the community and seeking to sharpen their skills in HOA litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation. While the primary focus is HOA litigation, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to handle significant and complex real estate and commercial litigation matters. These may include shareholder derivative litigation, partnership disputes, business sale disputes, and general contractual disputes between businesses, investors, and other entities.

This role offers not just challenging litigation experience but also the chance to develop your own book of business, earn referral fees and commissions for matters brought into the firm, and pursue a clear route to partnership.

Responsibilities:

• Billing requirement of 130 hours per month, with a bonus structure for hours billed beyond this threshold.
• Prepare legal correspondence.
• Draft contracts and agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements.
• Manage client expectations and deadlines.
• Handle investigations and evidence collection.
• Manage active litigation in local, state, and federal courts.
• Research and investigate legal claims.
• Record and maintain accurate time entries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
