Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage (Bad Faith)

RCG, LLC and Partners are currently seeking Associate Attorneys with Insurance Coverage (Bad Faith) backgrounds to join our offices in the Savannah, Georgia area.

This position can work Remotely.

Ideal candidate:

- Litigation experience in Insurance Coverage (Bad Faith) practices.

- Draft legal documentation required by the State of Georgia. Discovery, depositions, declaratory judgement actions etc.

- Conduct (EUOs) examinations under oath.

- Ability to work with Senior Attorneys on caseload direction to include client interaction.

- Ability to assist in trial preparation.

- Experience working pre suit liability matters.

- Able to engage in settlement negotiations.

- Knowledge working with legal software platforms.

Required:

- Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.

- (1+) years (Coverage & Bad Faith) law practice experience.

- Updated resume with listed relevant experience.

Education:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
