Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation

Our attorneys handle complex civil litigation across transportation, premises liability, construction defect, and general liability defense.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a litigation associate (2–5 years of experience) to join our Allentown office. This role offers the chance to work directly with partners on active cases and gain meaningful courtroom experience early on. It’s a great fit for attorneys seeking to transition from government or general litigation work into insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

• Handle or assist in managing cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and conferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Support trial preparation and litigation strategy.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense preferred).
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior trial or courtroom experience a plus (former prosecutors or PDs encouraged).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
