We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of workers' compensation and personal injury law along with excellent communication skills. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent our client inworkers' compensation and personal injury cases.
• Advise clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
• Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications within the law office.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect client cases or the firm’s practice areas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Excellent writing skills in legal drafting.
• Familiarity with legal research methodologies and tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Prior experience in a legal administrative role is not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple cases effectively. Pay: $10,000.00 - $97,447.21 per year
