Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have civil litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation
• Manage discovery including preparation of written discovery, review of e-discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
• Assist in case strategy and trial preparation
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
• 2-7 years of legal experience preferred (construction law experience a plus)
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
